It is with great excitement that our latest initiative, the Girls Positive and Safe Coaching Pathway, has officially been announced! This programme, in cooperation with Nike’s Made to Play initiative, is designed to address gender inequity that hinders the participation of women and girls in sports at all levels.
By focusing on coaching the coaches, the pathway aims to remove barriers and create a more equitable, accessible, accommodative, and positive experience for girls in sports. Our goal is to empower more than 150,000 girls, and we are determined to achieve it through Nike’s Coaching Girls Guide toolkit, Coaching Her modules, TAFISA Safeguarding in Sport Guidelines, and Body Confidence in Sport initiative! Our team is excited to embark on this transformative journey, and we will keep you updated on the progress of this inspirational project.
