LAKE PLACID 2023 FISU WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES ALPINE SKIING SCHEDULE UPDATE
(January 14, 2023) – The organizers of the Lake Placid 2023 FISU World University Games alpine skiing competition at Whiteface Mountain in Wilmington today announced an updated schedule for the women’s and men’s alpine combined.
The rescheduling was necessary due to the postponement of the Super-G race, which took place on Thursday, January 13, the same day the Alpine Combined was originally scheduled.
The Alpine Combined, which includes both Super-G and Slalom, will begin on Sunday, January 15 with the Men’s Super-G at 09:30 ET followed by the Women’s Super-G at 12:30 ET.
The slalom competition will take place on Monday, January 16. The men will be on the tour at 09:30 ET and the women at 12:30 ET.
The medal ceremony for these events will take place Monday night starting at 6 p.m. ET at the Mid’s Park Medal Ceremony on Main Street in Lake Placid.
