July 11, 3 INTERACTION+ the partner meeting was held online. The meeting of the partners was necessary to discuss the results already achieved, overall progress, project development and future steps to achieve the project. The highlight of the partnership meeting was the presentation of the first successful training of the trainer workshop, which lasted throughout June. The INTERACT+ Train the Trainers workshop provided an important platform for capacity building for coaches representing a wide range of international sport organisations. The workshop was designed to equip these trainers with the knowledge and skills necessary to run capacity-building workshops for the next phase of the project, which runs until 2025. In total, 15 coaches from 8 different international or national sports organizations participated in the training.
After the INTERACT+ partners meeting, the University of Limerick hosted the second Action Building Theory Seminar. In addition to the INTERACT+ partners, the seminar was attended by members of the Advisory Board representing 16 international sports organizations that provide guidance and support for the project. The seminar aimed to create an evidence-based theory of action for international sports organizations and national federations to promote sport for all, based on the insights from the literature review and recommendations from the previous INTERACT project.
